Ok finally the day has come. As off Sept.28,2006 I was officially on vacation. And instead of getting ready me and Potsie ended up at the mall hahaha... Well I will leave this WINDOW open for you to take a look on our lives for the next 6 days. And a detailed trip report when we get back!

Stop for a moment and tell your family and friends how much you love them. I am greatful to all my friends who have been around through laughter and hardship. I thank God for giving me the most wonderful set of parents and most of all I thank Him for giving me Potsie in my life. Enjoy life, live life and be glad we're alive. (borrowed pictures).

Well.. I am 24 hours shy away to making it a monthlery for my blogging. Let's see what happened... Potsie's mom came to visit around the 1st weekend of June and that was fun. We basically just watch the clock go tick tock !!! Also Potsie finally got her magic sing "who was always hugging the mike" I was able to sing a couple of tunes.. But now... I guess we're both done with it! So Magic Mike goes back in the box. We were also able to go to AC,NJ and was lucky enough to get a room at Bally's at a very short notice. Did not win much but did not loose anything either! After Mom left, my time was basically got consumed with work, also check ups with different MD for my personal case and also busy trying to find intervention for my good friend.
Also at the same token I guess I became a big supporter of Ovarian,Cervical and other Female Organ cancer awareness group. It is a very silent disease and we all need to be aware of all the changes in our body. Eventually I would like to add a thread about it here. But right now my brain is just scattered and trying to absorb all information I can gather.
A much needed weekend off will be enjoyed come August, we are going to see Potsie's mom and dad in IL. That is if we get my scheduled finalized. Summer is breezing by... In a couple more days Christmas in July is here! And by then 5 more months and snow will be knocking at my door. But for right now... My 7 day a week Mill is on and I don't see it stopping anytime soon. Hopefully everything will fall into place and Potsie will get to the finish line in the next 3 years... Wish her luck! "We need it... B..A..D.. !!!"

Ok.. It has been a month and I still have nothing to share with everybody. Nothing really happened in the past 30 some days. Work and play maybe a couple of sad notes and hoping that they would go away soon. Potsie's mom came to visit last Thursday the 8th of June. I was able to take off that Friday and the weekend so we were able to take her around. We went to AC,NJ and started with a few good notes. Was able to get a room at Bally's for an affordable price on a last minute Friday night. Played a couple of coins and was able to triple them up. Also shopped and visited families in NJ. Sunday we went back to Delco to join another inaanak's birthday party! Monday was back to work for me while Potsie and mom shared some alone time. And today Mom flew back to St. Charles. Hopefully we get to visit IL in August funding permits. And now back to the hustle and bustle of our crazy schedule.

Before I end this, I would like to remind every woman who read this blog to be aware of Ovarian Cancer and also the rare Leimyosarcoma. This are silent killers for women. I know it is a hustle to go for that GYN check but it can save you 30 years of your life if you catch it on an early stage. And to those who was struck by this unkind disease. My prayers are with you. Don't waste anytime. Go for that check up!

But then, how can you not go when this little one is the main event on May 21st, 2006! Please welcome my second love and Potsie's 1st, Chad aka Cookie coz he is the sweetest thing you'll ever see. Of course Dean will always be my first love now and forever!

Yesterday at around 8AM I got the job offer of a lifetime. Well for me it was my dream come true.
You all know that I am a Disney fanatic. I was asked if I am interested to be a CHARACTER HANDLER for 4 hours on the grand opening of a Disney Store! And you know what is the best part ??? The character was Pooh Bear and Tigger who are flying in from Disneyland, California, yes they will be here in the east coast, in my coast in flesh or you may say in plush! So of course I said yes and was really hyper ventilating at the same time. Here's the kicker it is on May 21st, the same day Potsie's godson will be christened. At 1st I was thinking I can say I got sick and let Potsie go, but I took the day off at may part time job stating that I am going to the family gathering which mean I am still going to be in trouble if any of my co-workers see me at the store rather than in the church. So yes it is a loose-loose situation for me. I am so heart broken. All my life that I have been going to all the park I always utter to myself.. one day I will be that person walking side by side with Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too plus of course Piglet and Eeyore. Some of you might think this is crazy. So be it, this is my passion and this bring me joy. Maybe one day, when I am old and gray and retired I still can reach that point, "Oh it is so near but yet so far away". For now fanily comes first....

Hello! Yes it is me Mrs Potts! I know I have not been around to tell you everything and for that I apologize. But life was just "flowing" you know like the river... I know am not making sense. April went by with no complains. I worked the 1st two weeks and was on vacation for the last two. The De Leon's were nice enough to let us stay with them for 7 wonderful days. The last week was consumed with check ups and worries but all is well now. The scare of my elevated ca125 has been corrected and now at a normal range. I just hope and pray that it stays that way. May... Nothing special going on this month other than I went back to my old job at 19063 but that is just temporary. I am now concentrating on Potsie's new career plans. Hopefully it all fall into place and so in the near future I can really work full time at the "Happy Place" so please pray for US!!! Nothing is really lined up for May just work and maybe a couple of days in Maryland on on the latter part of the month to see Cha..rlie Brown! Looking forward to catch some fish! June ??? Potsie's mom will be over for a couple of days.. we'll see how that goes... Right now am at work doodling so I better finish this.. clean up and go home.... Feel free to leave me any comments.. would love to hear if anybody out there is listening...

But in my case I have to sit this far... Things I have to endure till the real thing comes... :o(

Ok let's see, what have I been doing lately. Other than work we manage to sneak out of Pa and meet up with Jeff, Elaine and Elan and also Tin-Tin and Rose. We got there around 1:30PM Friday the 27th 2 days later Elan turned 1 (25th of January) and yes my 3rd inaanak who is a BOY !!! He is so adorable and he have a lot of cute antics that you can easily fall in love with! After a couple of minutes chit chatting off we went for his appointment! On the way to the dr's office I sat behind Mommy Elaine and had a nice conversation with Elan at the backseat, he seem to enjoy our chitchat coz I got a couple of winning smiles regarding our subject matter! After the dr's appointment off to the lovely home of Jeff and Elaine ( love their bathroom the most), pick Papa Jeff then on to Todai. Thank God Rose was home early and Tin Tin was also on her way and they were able to meet up with us at the buffet place. After a bountiful dinner we went back home to the San Juans and played with Elan for hours! The time has come for us to go home and hopefully we get to do it again soon. On the other hand, while driving back to Pa we got a not so happy phone call from Kuya Nono, my Deanie's dad. Auntie Cristy is going through some spices in life. And last Friday, we were able to come see her. She looks OK and we hope and pray that she will be OK soon. Again I was able to hold Chad (Potsie's new inaanak) and take care of my Deanie the whole day. It was exhausting!!! For those kids have so much energy compared to someone who's obese like me but I will never trade those time with anything in the world. So yes, I would like to thank my friends and families who gave me an opportunity to be in their kids lives. They are the gem in my treasures and I will love them dearly for the rest of my life. I need caffeine!!!

This weekend is my 1st day off since Xmas and I am ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so looking forward to it! If I can only drive time on fifth gear I would! Just had it with work, I know we all we get frustrated with work but how much can one take. I have been here for 13 years. All I really need is wait for 2 more years and work somewhere else again for maybe another 10 to get a second pension but the Upper Hand right now is making that 2 years hard to see. I am just thankful that my chosen field is not saturated that I can shop around and see what's out there. Should I stick it out or just pack and go.... I don't like when I wish in winning the lottery, it is one impossible thing, it's like wishing for an immaculate conception at this time in age! So whatCHA think ??? Advice ?? Anybody ??
